This group class has been designed for students who are complete beginners or have learnt French years ago, but need to brush up their basics. You will learn to:

- Introduce yourself
- Greet others
- Familiarise yourself with French sounds and words
- Ask basic questions
- Survive in a French café
- Use basic verbs in context
- Talk about your interests

My group classes are limited to **6 students maximum** to ensure a supportive and personalised learning environment. #### 🧭 **Level A2.1 – Social Traveller**

You’re no longer a complete beginner — you understand French when you read or hear it in songs, movies, or simple conversations. You already know the **present tense** and have been introduced to the **past tense**, though you might still feel unsure using it.

This course is perfect to help you **reinforce your foundations** and expand your range of expression.

**By the end of this course, you will be able to:**

- Use the **Simple Future Tense** with ease
- Speak about the past using both **Imparfait** and **Passé Composé**
- **Make comparisons** in various contexts
- Use the **Conditional Present** to express hypotheses and politeness
- **Tell stories** and describe past events in detail
- **Express emotions** and reactions
- Share and support your **opinions** on everyday topics

**French Group Class – Level B2.1 (Budding Speaker)**

**Budding Speaker (B1.1)**

This level is tailored for students who are already **quite confident using the past, the future and the present conditional tenses** (even if you still make occasional mistakes). It has been designed to help you converse more naturally and confidently in French on a wide range of topics. You'll be able to engage in interesting discussions and express your opinions with nuance and finally learn to use the Subjonctif !!! In weeks, you’ll learn to :

✅ Express an opinion, an obligation and emotions using the Subjonctif

✅ Learn to use personal pronouns like the COD / COI / y / en with ease

✅ Be comfortable with making complex sentences using “qui, que, dont, où”

✅ Express yourself in the passive voice

✅ Learn to understand and to use the verlan in French
